Do I pay for VAT Compliance or for Document Capture
All plans include all available VAT returns/compliance and Document Capture capabilities. The standard limits for document capture are highly generous, but you can buy additional scans per month if required.
What happens if I need to add more entities than my plan allows?
You can easily scale by adding additional entities to your current plan at a fixed monthly rate per entity. Depending on the additional entities, it might be worth upgrading to the next plan.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit card payment options including Visa and MasterCard, Apple Pay and SEPA Direct Debit. If you are having trouble to choose a payment method, get in touch with our support team.
What is the 30-day free trial?
We offer a full account access for 30 days without any credit card details required. You may optionally convert to a paid subscription at any point during the trial period.
Is there a fee for "View-Only" or dormant entities?
Yes. If you wish to keep an entity’s data for archival or review purposes without generating new returns, you can set it to “View-Only” for a reduced fee of €2 per month across all plans.
Can I try generate.TAX before committing to a paid plan?
Absolutely. We offer a 30-day free trial for new users. Additionally, we operate a “Freemium” consideration where you can generate your first tax return for any organization for free.
How are mid-month changes handled?
- Adding an entity: If you add an extra entity during the month, you will be charged in the next billing cycle.
- Removing an entity: If you remove an entity mid-month, no refunds are provided for the remaining days of that billing cycle.
- Converting to View-Only: If you switch an entity to “View-Only” status mid-month, the reduced €2 rate will be reflected in your next end-of-month bill.
